Supplies: A Graphing Calculator is required, a TI-86 is recommended. A cell phone/smartphone may NOT be used as a calculator.

Method of Evaluation:

Tests - There will be three tests given during the course of the semester. You will receive a 0 for any missed test. There will be no extension of deadlines for any test given in the Testing Center. You may replace one test grade with your final exam grade.

Final Exam - There will be a comprehensive final exam.

Grading Policy:

The final course grade will be determined by adding 75% of the average of the three test grades and 25% of the final exam grade. The following scale will be used to assign the final course grade:

A

90 - 100

B

80 - 89

C

70 - 79

D

60 - 69

F

0 - 59

Attendance Policy:

Students are expected to attend class. If you must miss a class, you are responsible for the material that was covered.
Classroom Policy:

DO NOT DISTRACT class by texting, reading or sending e-mail, or doing any unrelated web surfing during class time.

Course Withdrawl Policy:

The last day to withdraw from the course with a grade of "W" is March 9, 2018. The student must initiate the drop process through the Student Development Center at any campus.
