PHOTO SHOOT: “Every Picture Tells a Story”
IDENTIFY 1) ALL GROUP MEMBERS (first and last names), 2) WHICH CAMERA YOU USED, 3) SECTION NUMBER.
2) Take one picture of an
abstract FORM (Example: an
extreme close-up or odd angle of something that has been captured in a way that
makes the object unidentifiable; in other words, no one should be able to figure out exactly what it is.) Then, write brief description &
title that identifies its content
& subject matter.
3) Select SEVEN different
elements of composition and/or principles of design and take a photo that
embodies that specific element or principle.
Identify each one you choose and write a brief description & title for the picture that identifies its content &
subject matter.

4) Take a photo that represents the “Face
of American Culture” in a creative
way; then come up with a caption for your photo.
5) Take a group photo that
expresses HOW your group worked together, and write a short explanation of what message you are trying to express with this
image.
6) For your FINAL SHOT, take a picture of someone's hand to
signal where your group's photos end and the next class's begin.
