The following exerpt is from a pathology report for a mass in the area of the bladder neck region:

"... unencapsulated mucosal mass invading through the musuclaris. This mass is composed of epithelial cells that form solid nests, trabecular cords, and occasionally acinar structures. The cells have abundant polyhedral cytoplasm with distinct cell margins. A low proportion of cells have discreet nonstaining cytoplasmic vacuoles. The nuclei are round to oval with marginated and coarsely clumped chromatin. Nucleoli are prominent. There is a moderate to high mitotic rate.
