1. Be able to explain and give examples for Immune Disorders related to

• Congenital Immunodeficiency
• Acquired Immunodeficiency
• Autoimmune Diseases [Type I, Type II, Type III, Type IV]

2. Define Hypersensitivity. Name and explain the 4 types of allergic reactions and give specific examples of each type.

3. Define superantigen. Explain resulting reactions and give a specific example of a superantigen.

4. Briefly explain the process of transplant rejection and two ways that it can be prevented or circumvented.

5. Explain the immune response in cancer surveillence with regards to NK and Tc lymphocytes.
