On a third sheet of paper type a comparison based on each of the nutrition facts panels for the following areas:

b)      Calories per serving

c)      Number of calories from fat

d)     Based on the list of nutrients, which product is more nutrient dense?

e)      Why might one product have more macronutrients than another?

f)       Why might one product have more vitamins/minerals than another?

g)      Are there any health claims on these labels?  If so, what is being claimed and what referenced research/support is given to support these claims?
