d)      Major therapeutic indications and usage [1]

e)       Contraindications and warnings [1]

f)      Major side effects and adverse reactions [1]

i)        Overdose signs and treatment for overdose or adverse side effects [1]

Grading Rubric: 4 points for clinical pathology section and 6 points for drug section.
