The SyzygyPage 3

With this modification we produce the symbol shown here, which we call the Infinite Tai Chi symbol. This is a fitting symbol, for it illustrates the polar and yet infinite nature of the Syzygy. In order to fully appreciate the symbolism, it should be kept in mind that just as downward, into the diagram, the Tai Chi symbols repeat infinitely, so upward, out of the diagram, they repeat infinitely (although this is not shown here). In this way we have an infinite field composed of a Duality—the Yin and the Yang—which are Polar and thus form a Unity—or better yet, a Harmony—that is not limited to monadic simplicity.
Unfortunately, even the Infinite Tai Chi symbol is a static symbol, and as such cannot illustrate the dynamical infinity of the Syzygy. The symbol serves merely to help us understand the nature of an infinite polarity, and thereby to understand the Syzygy statically. To appreciate the dynamic nature of the Syzygy, we need examples utilizing both the Mathematics and Physics of dynamic systems. In these we find examples of syzygial systems that are at once dualistic, infinite, and dynamic—in other words, purveyant syzygial systems. In the mean time, we can attempt an understanding of the syzygial aspects of Mathematics; but in order to do this we must delve into the world beneath the surface of the Counting Numbers, into the realm of sets and of their structural relationships.
