Ten Original Numbers. Their appearance is like seeing lightning; and their perfection is not to them an end.¹⁵ His Word is in them when they run and when they return.¹⁶ At his command, like a whirlwind, they shall pursue, and before His Throne they subjugate themselves.

Ten Original Numbers. He inserted their end in their beginning and their beginning in their end, as the flame is bound to the burning coal. The Lord is One and there is, to Him, no second; before One, what do you count?

Lesson 7

Ten Original Numbers. Close your mouth from speaking and your heart from thinking,¹⁷ and if you run you mouth to speak and your heart to think, return to the place of your control. As it is said, "And the Living Creatures ran and returned."¹⁸ And on these words was the Covenant created.
